Open Permissions Platform Coalition (OPP)

The Open Permissions Platform project is a full open source implementation of a rights repository with indexing and query services, applicable to any type of works in which rights can be held — including images, music, video, film, books and written works, as well as virtual goods and other pure digital creations.
